Information!

Refrigerating system on the chiller is dirty chips and dust (oil goo-aluminum) after seizing the previous compressor. Repeatedly rinse the entire refrigeration system, until perfectly clean oil, replace the filter drier, oil separator check. Cleaning should be done also on the defrost system (if any). After a few days of work once again check the purity of the oil in the compressor. If you do not comply with the recommendations there is a high likelihood of recurrence damage the compressor.

Use the correct oil for the refrigerant.

New compressors are always filled with oil, but the assembler technician during installation should check again whether there is enough oil to the compressor.
