Cooling system in the chiller is dirty chips and dust (the oil goo-aluminum) after seizing the previous compressor. Repeatedly rinse the entire refrigeration system, until perfectly clean oil, replace filter drier, oil separator check. Cleaning should be done also on the system defrostu-thaw (if any). After several days of work once again check the purity of the oil in the compressor.In case of not implementing the recommendations is likely to re-damage the compressor. Use proper oil for the refrigerant. The new compressors are always filled with oil, however, is installing the service technician during installation should check again whether it is appropriate for a given amount of compressor oil.
