Information!

The refrigeration system on the chiller is dirty chips and dust (goo: oil-aluminum) after seizing the previous compressor. Repeatedly rinse the entire refrigeration system, until perfectly clean oil. Replace the filter drier and check the oil separator. Cleaning should be done also on the defrost system (if any). After a few days of work once again check the purity of the oil in the compressor.

If you do not comply with the recommendations there is a high likelihood of recurrence compressor damage!

Use the correct oil for the refrigerant!

New compressors are always filled with oil, however, the service technician assembles the equipment during installation should check again whether there is enough oil to the compressor.
