Refrigeration system in the chiller is dirty chips and dust (oil-aluminum) after seizing the previous compressor. Repeatedly rinse the entire refrigeration system, until perfectly clean oil. Next, replace the filter drier and check the condition of the oil separator. Cleaning should also be carried out in a defrosting (if any). After several days of work once again check the purity of the oil in the compressor. In case of not implementing the recommendations is likely to re-damage the compressor. You have to use the proper oil for the refrigerant. The new compressors are always filled with oil, however, technician during installation of the compressor should check again whether the compressor is adequate amount of oil.
